To close the Project, the link Project Manager has the following inputs (when applicable):

With these inputs the link Project Manager checks that the project is finished, the deliverables are accepted by the link Project Sponsor, and the link Project Management Plan is executed. The link Project Manager and the link Project Sponsor sign the link Project Closeout, a document with the following items:
  • Sponsor Closure
  • Lessons Learned

The Project Management Plan is subject to approval by the link Project Sponsor.

mC Project State Report

The Project State Report is a report that includes status of deliverables, implementation status for change requests, corrective actions, preventive actions, work completed, risks, link Schedule Performance Index, link Cost Performance Index, and start and finish dates of sheduled activities.

The link Project Manager elaborates the Project State Report to be sent to the link Project Sponsor
